🌺 Surf N Sea Return Policy

For all return requests, please email us at surfnsea@surfnsea.com and include "Return Request" in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know:

  • No cash refunds

  • Surfboards, sale/clearance items, sunglasses, bikinis, bodyboards, and DVDs are final sale — no returns or exchanges on these items.

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days and require a receipt.

  • After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be in new, sellable condition with the Surf N Sea tags still attached.

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Items that are not covered by a warranty are not eligible for return.
