Snorkel Rentals Near Sharks Cove

A Mask, fins and a snorkel are all you need to have the time of your life in the crystal blue waters of Oahu. Conditions are great year round to swim with turtles, check out the living reefs, and look for fish you have never seen and cannot pronounce like the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a, the Hawaii state fish.

Surf n’ Sea can help you and the whole family with rentals of top quality gear, and local information. A mask/snorkel and fin set-up will cost you ONLY $8 for half a day (4.5 hours) and $12 for a full day!! (Rx vision masks add $1)

In the Spring and Summer months you can head up the coast about 3.5 miles and snorkel at SHARKS’ COVE!! Don’t let the name fool you, this spot is safe and absolutely incredible for snorkeling!

If you want your own gear, we can get you fit with brand new equipment for the beginner and advanced snorkeler or diver in our full service dive shop. We have everything you need including fins, gear bags, snorkels, spear guns and the most comfortable frameless masks available on the market today.

Snorkeling Tour

We offer a costal boat tour launching out of Hale’iwa harbor in Historic Hale’iwa town, driving up the coast towards the famous Waimea Bay. Going slowly up the coast you will check surf spots and see surfers in live action. From the boat, you will get a completely new and different perspective of the North Shore. Our guided expert staff, who are all lifeguard certified and have years of ocean experience, will help you spot marine life, green sea turtles, fish, and possibly dolphins and humpback whales!
